Kosovo's first several years of self-declared independence have yielded sad results”, Russia's UN representative, Wasily Nebenzya, has said.
According to him, efforts to create a sustainable political system where rule of order and law prevail have failed, producing serious problems that create urgent solutions.

Further, the Russian diplomat stressed that Kosovo is a place where terrorists who go to Syria and Iraq feel secure.
Nebenzya underlined that “is not being done enough in condemning the crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army”.
