Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service Director (SHSKUK) Basri Sejdiu said today that the University Clinical Centre (QKUK) is facing further lack of drugs from the essential list.
Sejdiu has made these comments at the Assembly of the Parliamentary Commission on Business and Finance, where he presented the financial report of this institution for 2016.
It's an essential list that doesn't have drugs to use daily on that list. The ministry (of health) is trying to regulate this issue”, Sejdiu said.
But the management of this institution was criticised by the Commission's MPs for medicines and the implementation of recommendations made by the general audience.
MP The PDK, the exile Lushtaku, said over 1m euros in equipment were wrongly budgeted.
“We have low level implementation of preliminary recommendations. The other manger was also found in the custody of”, he said.
For Albanian Vetevendosje Pantin, problems at QKUK are known to each.
There's no need to read reports because of experiences or family issues and we've tried the services. My main problem is drug management. This is also reported in the audit report. There's a real system missing where these drugs are going. This is the issue that bothers”, Pantina said.
AAK MP Muharrem Nitaj was even more direct.
“on the hospital network has misuse of finances”, Nitaj said.
While the LDK's Avdullah Hoti gave remarks on the purchases, which, according to him, have taken place irregularly.
“for me is unacceptable if homes and services are accepted, while after 3 or 6 months the ordinance is issued”, Hoti said.
