This is the proposal Vuciq offered Merkel for Kosovo

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, who is on a visit to Germany, after meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel said that “understood messages” and that he will work on resolving the Kosovo problem, Belgrade media quoted him as saying.

Angela Merkel, following talks with Vuciqi, said that “membership negotiations could be successful after further reforms in the rule of law domain and in light of the issue of relations with Kosovo”, broadcast Koha.net.

“Negotiations on membership can be successful if reforms on the rule of law are developed further and in light of the issue of relations with Kosovo. So we partly dealt with the issue of how we can reach the judicial framework, settlements with agreements on Kosovo”, Merkel has said.
