Nor did Haradinaj's appearances in the field miss them through several municipalities in southern Kosovo. But the visit did not go to them, nor did it yet make political representatives of Albanians in the northern municipalities.
Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviqi, Zubin-Potoku and Zvecan are populated by Serb majority, while all of the mayors are from the ranks of the Serbian List -- subject to a coalition with Haradinaj in Government.
