The price of meat, vegetables, sugar, and cigarettes increases

According to the AKS, this is primarily explained with the rise in consumer prices for trees by 1.5 percent, vegetables at 10.2 percent, water supply and various services, which have to do with housing by 2.5 percent, use of personal transportation equipment by 0.5 percent, with a common impact of 0.5 percent on IHCH.

The increase was neutralised by the drop in prices of milk consumption, cheese and eggs by 1.2 percent, electricity, gas, and other 1.6 percent, transportation services at 3.1 percent, influenced by the drop in airline ticket prices by 0.3 percent in IHCH.
The inflation rate, measured in January 2018, compared to January of last year was a 0.2 per cent decline.

This index in January 2018 suffered an average of 0.2 percent, compared to the same months in 2017. This is explained at a drop in consumer prices in this period for milk, cheese and eggs at 3.8 percent, vegetables at 5.3 percent, sugar and candy at 6.4 percent, electricity, gas and other fuels by 8.7 percent, influenced by the loss of electricity prices in January 2018 for 15.5 percent, compared to the winter fees of January 2017, household equipment at 2.5 percent, audio-visual devices, photographs for information processing 6.8 percent, with a common impact of 1.1% in the IHH.

The rise of consumer prices in this period is noted in bread and cereals at 3.7 percent, meat at 1.8 percent, trees at 11.7 percent, coffee, tea and cocoa by 5.7 percent, tobacco at 3.7 percent, hotel services at 1.8 percent, with a combined effect of 0.9 percent on IHCH.
