The PDK is unique to the agreement with demarcation separately after meetings between the two presidents of Kosovo and Montenegro --” -- Krasniqi said.
Moreover, he criticised MPs who do not want to vote on the demarcation agreement with Montenegro. It is disturbing to see this agony not bring visa liberalisation to Kosovo citizens.
