Foreign Affairs Minister and also Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli says visa liberalisation for Kosovo is expected to occur “diku by September”, if the demarcation agreement with Montenegro is ratified in the Kosovo Assembly.
In an interview for the portal News.net, Pacolli has given another deadline for visa liberalisation from the deadline she has given yesterday to Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselini, who said yesterday that visas could be liberalised in December.
“However, the first part of March for us is curious, very important, and if the ratification of demarcation occurs in the first part of March, we will be able to account with visa liberalisation somewhere in September”, Pacolli said.
Pacolli has expressed optimism that even Serb List deputies will vote on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
