Minister urges citizens to avoid certain roads because of landslides

Minister of Infrastructure, Paul Lekaj said that even during today there were landslides on several roads.

He has said that such a thing could happen even during the evening, where the biggest risk is in Kacanik, Rugova, Dragash and Brezovica.

Lekaj has called for these roads to be avoided as long as possible.

A review of today's developments with regard to the rainfall that has been low in density, and the situation on our streets.

Daily reporting tells us that during the morning there was a landslide and a need for interference on several roads to send to the high points of the country.

Currently, all roads that are managed by the Ministry of Infrastructure are perishable, but with the potential risk of having the same cases at night. Kachanic, Rugova, Dragashi, Brezovica are more sensitive in this regard, so we call for as long as possible to avoid movement in these directions and respect signs that warn the danger and indicate speed of movement.

The maintenance companies are in custody, a bilateral co-operation will cause us to overcome any situation however difficult it may be.
