The Kosovo Milkies Association has applied to the Ministry of Trade and Industry for protection measures for milk products, which reduces protection against palm oil.
The chairman of the Kosovo Milkies Association, Ramadan Memaj, has indicated that there is information that has been made in the MTI, also a request by the Kosovo Milky Producers Association not to take measures to stop these products.
But these claims have been dismissed by the head of the Kosovo Milky Producers Association, Milazim Berisha, who said they have asked the MTI for the application of safeguard clauses, and it is not true what has been said they have applied to not apply the safeguard clauses from the MTI.
