The decision by U.S. Judge Kyyo Matsumoto could make a decision that would punish Martin Shkreli for many years, as the amount of financial loss plays a major role in federal sentencing guidelines, reports “Reuters”, Periscopi broadcast.
Shkrell lawyer Benjamin Brafman said he was “desired by this decision but still hopes the court will find a reason in her heart to impose an objective sentence. ”
