The State Protocol seeks to have co-ordination of the president, prime minister and prime minister's agenda so that these three are not at the same time abroad, the newspaper “Zri” writes today.
But this rule is not being respected by the three institutional leaders: Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj and Kadri Veselini.
President Thaci has travelled to the United States, where he will participate in “Morning Prayers”. Prime Minister Veselini has travelled to Croatia for official visit, while Prime Minister Haradinaj is on the verge of leaving for the US.
The newspaper “Voice” has found that in the State Protocol Law, it accurately states that the three leaders dare not be abroad simultaneously.
The state protocol is publicly informed of any movement of key personalities, president, Parliament Speaker and Prime Minister abroad. Visits co-ordinated so that they are not all three at once abroad”, Article 19 of the Law on State Protocol and the failure to respect protocol is being deemed irresponsibly against state executives.
