Osmani has said it is a good option to pass obstacles to meeting the EU's visa liberalisation bid.
He says that in this case, citizens are allowed free movement in European countries.

It is good news that the status quo parties have agreed to support the LDK proposal as the best possible version to pass this obstacle to meeting the EU's visa liberalisation requirement, which will enable Kosovo's citizens the free movement in EU states, including the five states that have not recognised Kosovo.
Despite this agreement, however, it is known that not enough votes would still have to be made to make efforts to ensure the other votes, not from the Serbian List, but from the VV deputies, because in this way the Albanian factor is unified, and we are not conditioned by the Serb MPs' request for the Serbian Commissions' Association in Kosovo.
