The deputy of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), Labinot Tahiri, is the first to enter the Assembly Hall today, which is shortly expected to begin sessions for voting the border demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro.
Tahiri has also brought with him his close family passports, while warning that he will hand them over if the demarcation fails to be ratified.
If it passes the demarcation today, I have to hand it over to the passport secretary”, Tahiri from the Assembly Hall told reporters located in the back of the hall.
