The 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence was celebrated, and today is a day of rest. But today, we must remember the 10th anniversary of burning customs points 1 and 31 in northern Kosovo”, Kurti wrote.

“Morning after party
Yesterday and yesterday Kosovo's 10th anniversary of independence was celebrated, and today it is a holiday. But today, we must remember the 10th anniversary of burning customs points 1 and 31th in northern Kosovo. On February 19, 2008, groups of unidentified Serbs -- several hundred Sosh from four municipalities in the north -- had gone to these two customs stations. Police labor has been burned in Jarinje, while in Brnjak it has been destroyed with explosives. French and American KFOR forces present have not reacted. International police officers have dismissed Kosovo police officers and customs officers who were at risk from the scene.
Charges were filed in April 2008 for 21 Serbian citizens for burning these points. Kosovo police have made criminal charges against 21 Serbs, 7 in Jarinje and 14 in Brnjak. It has been made near the international prosecutor, in whose hand it has been the establishment of charges. Hardly convicted or held prison, any of those Serbs believed to have been conducted by Milan Ivanovic. Previously, I believe they were Amnestised in June 2013 when the Kosovo Assembly passed the law Thaci imposed after his April 19th 2013 agreement with Daciqi.
Only after a year, in February 2009, EULEX's customs had begun to exist in commercial goods. Kosovo customs has returned to these two points in 2011. However, customs taxes collected there remain at the North Development Fund. On one hand, the sêpati was sentenced and had rewards for burning border points 1 and 31. On the other hand, Kosovo has development funds only for the part of territory it cannot control. When we recall the proclamation of independence in the jubilee of a decade, we should remember the morning after the evening of the festival”, Kurti wrote
