KMDLNJ, in a reaction, doubts that judges and prosecutors of UNMIK and EULEX tribunal “will also corrupt the Special Court”

According to KMDLNJ, these people have been talking about failures, developed processes, corruption, etc.

KMDLNJ response:

The justice system in Kosovo, since the end of the war, has been supervised and controlled by the international factor through the UNMIK mission and EULEX. These missions have examined the most serious cases such as those of war crimes, high-level organised crime, the corruption of the high <x0-weight”, human trafficking, and conflicts with ethnic and political motives.

If a review of the results in these areas turns out to be quite modest or without results. These missions have not aimed at ensuring justice for victims, nor have the sharing of responsibility for those who have committed crimes, but have committed that, through processes that have been even devised, to ensure a fragile calm or security and that they have served political processes.

Through these processes they have pressured and blackmailed Kosovo's political factor (which in some cases has been complex and corrupt) as if it has made unimaginable concessions to Serbia, respectively, the criminal regime, from Milosevic to Vuciqi, Vulin, Dicqi, etc.

The failure, failure, failure or unwillingness to fulfill the mission of UNMIK and EULEX has been addressed as the responsibility of local authorities, not that they have been asked about something but are extremely ignored.

If the Tribunal of The Hague were to work properly, UNMIK UNMIK Kosovo and EULEX é, there would be no need for the establishment of the Special Court, where they take refuge and jobs of The Hague's Tribunal, those of UNMIK and EULEX authorities who take justice and use it as opportunities to fill accounts and violations of justice.

Only after they have completed the mandate or have left work, prosecutors and The Hague Tribunal judges, UNMIK UNMIK and EULEX have spoken about failures, the processes designed for political elimination, the senseless corruption of this staff, which these missions have required to be investigated, tried and punished.

Especially in Kosovo, by senior officials of these missions, there have been outright denouncing and evidence of high corruption for the release of persons charged with these grave criminal acts, as well as political schemes for processes that have dragged on for years and have finally proved innocent.

There have been processes where the guilt of the accused has been so clear even for a student of civic education and leaves more for specialised international judges or prosecutors, a portion of which, according to the internationals themselves, appears to have become millionaires by selling innocence to criminals and by simulating guilt for the innocent.

Part of this staff in the most immoral manner possible has offended Albanian indictees by naming them animals. There's evidence to write about it.

Internationals have made several commissions investigating these reported cases, which have ended in opening investigations into those who have denounced these abuses and extortions made by internationals.

The international factor, when it estimates it has political interest, has protected and Amnised Kosovo politicians, deeply involved in serious crimes.

The international factor has politicised and deprofessed the justice system in Kosovo by subjecting part of the Kosovo political mafia class with which it has closely co-operated, Albanian and Serbian. There is no state in the world that has caused so much war and victims like Serbia, and there are no cases which have been convicted by criminals less per capita than in Serbia.

There is no state in the world that mass graveyards made 400km from the crime scene as Serbia did with Batajnica and have remained unpunished and victims without justice.

As for recruiting judicial and prosecutorial staff for the Special Court from The Hague Tribunal, UNMIK UNMIK and EULEX others, who have failed to fulfill the mission, in addition to presenting a conflict of interest, is also a phenomenon of continuing to provide for corruption of this staff, as happened earlier and that there will be a lack of justice for victims as well as amnesty for those who planned, ordered, failed to prevent and committed crimes that were sanctioned as violations of the laws of war and humanitarian law.

These traveling mercenaries, re-employed in opposition to any human morality and positive laws, will continue the origins of corruption even at the Special Court because of the great material benefits, political dictates of the ruling, as well as their career advancement.

These, like some Kosovo politicians, are not interested in the justice for the victims and punishment of criminals, but are interested incalculation and skin preservation.

As in the time of The Hague Tribunal, the criminalised missions of UNMIK and EULEX until the mission, without any doubt failed, (in effect and planned) of the Special Court, which is a continuation of political influences like in others! It would be a fine surprise if the opposite happened!
