The first of this organisation, Hysni Gucati, says they will not withdraw and that the words they have spoken will hold.
According to him, politicians have been given the opportunity to improve the mistake they once made. Gucati is convinced that history will not forgive this mistake.
“The KLA OVL has not withdrawn and we have done our job. We've submitted the petition with 16 thousand signatures and the husband's words are the words of the husband, so don't keep my words.
As for politicians, I don't intend to deal with them, we've done our job, and we've given them the opportunity to improve the mistake they once made.
They need to know that this mistake will not be given thanks to history. Gucati considers that the Special Court is unfair to KLA fighters.
I will call the chairman once I return from Zagreb and decide for further steps. I have said and said again, the Special Court is unjust to KLA fighters”, he stressed.
Otherwise, it is worth remembering that on August 3, 2015, the Kosovo Assembly had adopted with accelerated procedure the Special Court Law without the presence of opposition parties.
The Law for the Special Court has been drafted by the European Union, including very few of the remarks required by Pristina and related to formulas involving the word genocide.
