Serbian Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic has declared today that in the Negotiating framework for Serbia clearly writes that Chapter 35 in negotiations with the EU, which concerns Kosovo, will be closed last and he assumes that the binding legal agreement with Pristina -- which, under it, will be reached at the end of the process, shortly before membership -- broadcast Koha.net.
For this reason, the strategy is not conditional term 201950, the Tanjug quoted Joksimovic as saying, denying confirmation in the media that 2019 is the year when the agreement to normalise relations between Belgrade and Pristina should be signed.
It stresses the agreement should actually come out of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and has reiterated Serbia's stance that it will not recognise Kosovo's independence and “just through dialogue requires sustainable solution that would lead to normalisation”.
