In the report to the media that has sent the PDK branch to Gjilan, the education director has reportedly pleaded guilty to the overall criminal work he was charged with, which has been taken as extenuating circumstances and the penalty has been given on condition if within the same year he does not commit another criminal act.

To the injury of Beauty Musliu, Education Director Nazmi Moussa had deliberately committed legal violations and contrary to Administrative Guides, not allowing Beauty Musliu to be arranged as a teacher after the end of the term as deputy principal of the primary school “Ajeti”.

The education director had also failed to respect the decisions of the Education Inspectorate and the STAT Permanent Secretary.

The court ruling has found that accused Nazmi Moussa has committed criminal acts in violation of equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo by Article 193 paragraph 4 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1.

This Constitutional Court decision against Education Director Nazmi Musa testifies to the extreme politicisation of Lutfi Haziri, who has installed it not only in the education sector but in all other sectors, including municipal institutions.
