Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti has read the text of the bill with changes
According to Hoti, an agreement has been reached between the LDK and the government coalition to support the bill.
The amendment bill has included the August 2015 agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro, the agreement of two presidents Hashim Thaci and Montenegro's Filip Vujanovic, and the report of the State Commission, led by the Speed of Bulliqi, which has orientation character.
The Foreign Affairs Commission has withdrawn to review the draft amendment where after a pause it is brought into session
