Election warned, whether on Wednesday demerit ratification fails

After two days of effort, the Assembly has failed to hold the extraordinary session, in which the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro would be put to the polls. The ruling coalition has failed to secure votes, since the Serbian List did not appear at all in the Assembly, as through a media announcement, it revealed that [...]
The head of the Kosovo Assembly had scheduled 11 o'clock on Thursday for holding the extraordinary session, with the only point of the agenda HINA ratification of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
After three hours of waiting, Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel announced that the session was postponed for Friday at 10:00.
The reason for the postponement was the unwillingness of Serbian List deputies, who announced they would not vote on the agreement.
And major disagreements took place even among Albanian parties.
The AAK's LDK was confronted with the Commission's report, led by the Bulqi Speed, under which Kosovo loses territory, with the agreement for demarcation, which Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Hashim Thaci signed at the time.
The LDK insists it will not vote on the demarcation, if the Bulici report is included in the vote, as according to them, the deal was signed in Brussels.
While, the AAK insists it will not vote on the demarcation, unless the Bullics report is included in the vote.
Thus, the session that began today was postponed for next Wednesday.
For analyst Astrit Gashi, the AAK and the Initiative are demanding the introduction of the Bulqi report, in order to get themselves out of the political problem they can face after changing their stance on Demarketation.
According to him, President Thaci is behind the whole situation.
Now the direct confrontation is between the AAK and LDK, but I think after insisting on demarcation is President Thaci. So in a shape, trying to get rid of the Bullics Commission report is a secret game of President Thaci, who is the most responsible man for the Demarketing Agreement. For this game, he's found allies in LDK, since they've been co-governing for the last time. The LDK are deceived by Mr. Thaci”, Gashi said of Periscope.
On the other hand, analyst Petrit Zogaj calls the institutional disaster "%s" the AAK's political stance on the demarcation and Commission report “Bulqi”.
“Sic teaches us international law, agreements between states, when they take the form of signing or accepting as such, and respective congregations vote for, or are rejected. So, as long as there is a reconciliation, and in this case Montenegro has ratified the August 26th agreement of 2015, Kosovo should either approve it as an equal document with what Montenegro has approved or refuse and the issue will return to zero. In this sense, domestic political abbeys, the establishment of the demarcation commissions, and any other internal movement has no resolution in the sense of international law, and as such, except that it can create the moment's alibi, no judicial significance has”, Zogaj said of Periscopi.
He calls failed AAK political adventure to include a government commission's report as annexes of an international agreement.
The AAK's political adventure to include the report of a government commission as an annex to an international agreement is a desperate effort, in order to rid myself of the opposition criticism about changing the political position of this subject from what had once been”, Zogaj has said further about Periscope.
While Gashi calls Thaci's secret game shooting from the Bullic's report deal, Zogaj views the entire institutional logic as the LDK's attempt not to give its vote on documents that oppose each other.
Analyst Gashi for Periscop said that if there is no solution by Wednesday, the only option to be taken into account is the elections.
Then if there is no solution by Wednesday, the only option that should be taken into account is elections, and for that, political parties may have to measure themselves. Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has completely changed his stance as far as he was in opposition. It's a pretty big change. He wants plus for this change of attitude. But, it seems to him that other parties are not ready for elections, so it insists on”, Gashi concluded.
The latest effort for the demarcation vote will be Wednesday, when the next session will be held with only one notch of the agenda.
It is not known whether consensus will be reached by then between the AAK and LDK for the Bullici Commission's report./Periscopi
