The Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Shykori Bytyqi, will report at this meeting on the issue of noviting diplomas and implementation (not implementing) the Agreement on Recognition of diplomas between Kosovo and Serbia.

Bytyqi, in an interview, has acknowledged that the procedures for a graduate's application in August are highly bureaucratic, saying that he previously completes a master somewhere rather than nominated a diploma at the Ministry of Education”. /Periscopi/
