Following former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's son, the prosecution will be calling to witness former Energy Minister to the government “Berisha”, Genc Ruli. He will be asked for testimony on behalf of the file investigation “CEZ” Ruli to be questioned as person aware of O privatisation circumstances SHEE, the process, where serious violations are suspected.
Investigation of the “case CEZ” began after a statement made by the Republic Parliamentary Assembly, based on the conclusions of a Parliamentary Investigative Commission, under which 414m euros of damage had been caused to the Albanian state. The prosecution dismissed the investigation in September 2017, but on December 15th, the Court accepted the complaint made by the Republic's Parliament and lawyer Romeo Kara to re-investe the file. /opino.al/
