The Czech government and other EU states have erred when in 2008 they recognised Kosovo's declared unilateral independence, MP declared today at the Czech Parliament Yaroslav Flodina, reports Serbian media.
The Czech politician, who has the Serbian mother, is standing for an official visit to Belgrade at the head of a delegation, while making the statement after meeting with chief of diplomacy and Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.
According to Flodyna, international justice was violated in 2008 when the majority of European Union members recognised Kosovo's independence.
He has added that he hopes Cekia will open this issue as moderators on Serbia's road to the EU, “in the year when the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Czechoslovakia and Serbia, respectively, Yugoslavia”.
Flodyna, who addressed reporters in Belgrade in the Serbian language, has stated that Chekhia has experienced the same thing as Serbia, when in the past century it lost 15 percent of the territory to Germany, writes Express.
The breach of this international right led to the VMRO-x1 world war, the Serbian-born MP from the Czech Social Democrats, who in the first four months parliamentary elections won only 15 seats, or even 35 less than in the 2013 elections.
