Peja's foundation court has found him guilty and sentenced him to 13 years in prison, Shaip Zukaj, charged with killing Zymer Dervisaj and endangering life that Adil Thaci in 2011 at the Decani Green Market.
Three days ago, the accused pleaded guilty to the murder and expressed regret over the case.
Under the conviction proclaimed today, Shaip Zukaj has also been convicted of illegal possession of 2,000-euro fines, forcing him to pay much in 90 days.
In case of default within the deadline, this fine of convicts is turned into prison.
In the act declared today by the Criminal Court, Shaip Zukaj was found guilty of killing Zymer Dervisaj and endangering his life that Adil Thaci and other persons in Decani on September 1st 2011.
“Shaip Zukaj is found guilty because at 01/09/2011 around 12:30 in Decan, in the Green Market, in the tesper of kebabtore “Besarti”, the late Zymer Dervisaj's life is cut off by life, and in this case puts many people's lives at risk and injured Adil Thaci. In addition, the parties have the right to file a complaint within the 15-day deadline.
The convicts Shaip Zukaj in the suffering of the sentence will also be counted as the time spent in custody.
Shaip Zukaj had been on the run for several years until he was arrested in the state of Belgium and was later extradited to Kosovo. /Call. com/
