Tanin, who with video link from Pristina linked with the UN Security Council meeting, has estimated that in Pristina there are different opinions about the Strategy, but that most leaders have stressed its importance.
He has warned why there has been no dialogue development now and a year between Belgrade and Pristina.
Tanin, as FoNet notes, has said some agreements have not been implemented, and here he mentioned the Association of Serbian municipalities.
He disagreed with the attempt to abolish specials, forming it in 2015 has called Kosovo's major achievements and has demanded that Kosovo honour international agreements.
In the end Tanin has condemned the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, called for peace preservation and has sought to verify the identity of his killers.
