Change expected in Kosovo driver's patent exam

Soon the written patent exam driver will be carried out electronically. That's because of the “e-testation project” signed between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the company “PBC” over the past year. Now it's almost the first stage of a pilot project that will begin for now only in the center of [...]
So have information officials at the Ministry of Infrastructure, who have suggested that this way of testing will be used initially, only in one of Pristina's testing classes.
The testing phase will only start at a test centre, and our initial assessments are to be started in Pristina, in one classroom after NJRPSH has two classes where the exam is organised by the theoretical part is organized, so that for any event, we can have the writing exam body available and be close to interviewing the problem. This will continue until we make sure that the e-test is 100% ready for implementation at all centres and guarantees full security in testing candidates (all options of eventual manipulation)” are eliminated, says the Ministry of Infrastructure's response.
This project, it seems, would not cause any damage to the development of a driver's license exam, since all measures have been taken. And according to the Ministry of Infrastructure, they are ready to cooperate with all the actors, both the Testing Centres and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
And we are in constant contact with ASHI and MPB within the first six months of this year to conduct all other procedures, such as: Installation of software, introduction of data (questions, e-sopher's notes: autoshow data, professional legalisation and instructor), questionnaire (examinary) data, connection with Kosovo's Civil census, and with the database for MPB driver driver driver's license, etc., so that e-testing is complete in the full sense of starting the test phase, and this testing phase will be accompanied by a professional commission to convey concessions, events and meeting needs. Where we hope the test phase began in the third quarter of 2018<18x1>, they declared MI.
They have also considered candidates who will soon undergo this electronic exam. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, it will also be co-operated with self-schools to equip it with this software so that candidates can become familiar with this way of testing. Otherwise, this project is expected to be implemented overall during 2019 at testing centres throughout Kosovo. /Indesksonline/
