It's a Bulliqi Speed, agodet LDK

The head of the State Commission for Bordering with Montenegro, Speed Bulqi, has responded to statements by deputies from the LDK, who are objecting to the commission report he led to be part of the vote at the previous session to be held today. LDK MPs have demanded that this session be no part [...]
LDK MPs have demanded that the presidential agreement be not part of the vote as well as the Speed Bulqis report, but only.
Bulliqi has said removing his report is a tendency to hide the loss of the territory.
My report's “the removal of my report is a tendency not to reveal the reality of loss of territory and not realising the two presidents' statement. The correction is based on law, not on reports” has said Bulliqi.
Bulqi even during the past legislature as an LDK deputy, he has consistently rejected the Murat Meha Commission's agreement for demarcation, because according to him, Kosovo loses less than 8 thousand hectares of land from that deal.
Otherwise, the first session to be held today for demarcation has not yet begun and is believed to be postponed, although this has not yet been officially confirmed.
