Banned detention measure against three VV activists

The Kosovo Appeals Court has suspended the detention measure against indictees A.A., F.K. and E.H., who will be protected in freedom, KTV reports. The Kosovo Appeals Court has suspended the detention measure against indictees A.A., F.K. and E.H., who will be protected in freedom, KTV reports.
These three, together with the most accused A.B., are being charged by the Special Prosecutor for Criminal Work “the chairmanship of terrorist criminal work” by Article 136 paragraph 1. Linked to Article 135 paragraph 1, sub-paragraph 1.7., linked to Article 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Penal College of this court, ruling in connection with the Special Prosecutor's complaint and complaints of defenders of the accused, filed against the first degree indictment on Monday, in 26.02.2018, also ruled on the detention case, against the accused, and praised that they have already fired the legal reasons for them to remain in custody.
This ruling has only to do with breaking the detention measure.
The court within the legal deadline will also publicise its ruling over the complaints of the parties against the indictment.
