Turkey today urged the international community to terminate the massacre at Eastern Gutan, the rebel bastion that has been bombarded by the Syrian regime and that will be the target of a vote at the UN Security Council.
“will have a vote today at the UN Security Council to end the attacks and enable relief. The world must stop saying this massacre unanimously”, Turkish Presidency spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said on Twitter.
Assad's “regime is committing a massacre at Eastern Gutan”, Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan stressed.
The Syrian regime's air strikes have killed more than 500 civilians in seven days, including 123 children in Eastern Gutan, the rebel bastion in the vicinity of Damascus's capital.
