It is learned that Tahiri has been excluded from the Parliamentary Commission for Stabilisation and Association, which meets in Tirana early next week.
It was the chairman of the Albanian Integration Commission, Genc Pollo, who asked Tahiri not to be part of the Albanian side delegation, because his “focus on the Commission with Eurodeputs on Monday and Tuesday damages Albania's reputation”.
So the request was accepted and released at the beginning of the plenary hearing, writes the Shekulli newspaper.
Albania's Parliament head Gramoz Ruci assured that Tahiri will no longer be part of the Commission discussing Albania's performance for membership negotiations.
