However, this statement requires MPs initially to vote on the demarcation agreement, which was signed in 2015, writes Periscope.

So, Qreva Haradinaj is expected to bring to the Parliament for ratification the same agreement -- what was signed in 2015 -- without any change.

Only after the ratification of that agreement, President Thaci and Montenegrin Prime Minister Vujanovic have agreed that the joint body working for border demarcation, identify and address eventual disputes about border demarcation under this annex.

These are the points of Vujanovqi's joint statement:

  1. The Republic of Kosovo will process in the Assembly and provide all efforts to ratify the agreement under Article 12 of the agreement.

Article 12 of this agreement says the agreement entered into force immediately after the debate.

  1. The Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, after ratification, will report to each other that have fulfilled their legal procedures through diplomatic channels and it is found that the agreement has entered into force to form a joint task force for marking the border line.
  2. The parties agree that during this process the joint working body will identify and address the eventual disagreements about border demarcation under this annex.
  3. The joint working body will specifically review and correct the sectors in the direction of Qakorri and the Ziggleb tower and eventually other towers.
  4. This statement has been compiled in Albanian, Serbian and English. In case of any disagreement in interpretation, the English - language agreement will overdo it./Periscopi/
