According to him, the law in Macedonia requires that, when an arrest warrant is in effect, the investigation should be completed and then released the results.
The Foundation Public Prosecutor for Organised Crime and Corruption, meanwhile, has launched a pre-trial procedure concerning his escape to Hungary.
This part of the procedure has taken images from the border crossing, ahead of the building where Gruevski lives and neighbouring homes, as well as data and reports from banks and other institutions.
Gruevski fled to Hungary and sought political asylum there after avoiding two years in prison for the case of “Tancu”.
