Macedonia's Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi said today that he believes constitutional changes will be completed by mid-January, which opens the possibility that the laws for ratification of the agreement with Greece, along with that on use of languages, will be published in the official newspaper without the signing of President George Ivanov.
The session to discuss constitutional changes is scheduled for January 9th, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
If we are guided by experience, the debate should not last more than five or six days”, Xhaferi said.
