Wessel accompanied by ministers Uran Ismaili and Bedri Hamza have confirmed to the leaders of the Federation of Health Unions of Kosovo that at the parliamentary session in early 2019, the increase in wages for health personnel will be sealed.
“The changes in the welfare of health workers will be sealed during January, when we have the parliamentary session for the budget and where we will pass the Law of Salaries in the package. I confirmed this good news to the Federation of Kosovo Health Unions, at a joint meeting we had today with ministers Daman and Bedri Hamza”, wrote Wessel.
The law envisions wage change in the health sector as never before. In addition, we will invest in improving their working conditions so that both health and citizens can have dignified treatment. Health is our priority”, he added.
