Wessel: Tax to change depending on Serbia's behaviour

The Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Veselini, has declared it was the one with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj that the tax on Serbian goods should be 100 per cent, not to have experiments done with smaller measures.
