Two weeks ago, for two consecutive days it was discussed in the first reading, but it has not been put to the vote the Bill on the BBgett, where there have been remarks by opposition parties who have called it a non-developing budget and budget for social schemes.

Finance Ministry spokesman Muharrem Sahini has said of Kosovo that the budget project for 2019 is located in the Kosovo Assembly, where it is expected to be approved soon.
“While in the matter of whether to present a problem with the failure to approve the budget, it is still early to be discussed because by the end of this month there is time to approve in two” readings, Sahin says.
But, cut out around this issue has been indicated by Commission for Business and Finance member Naser Osmani from LDK, who says this party will not vote on it, does not believe the budget will be voted this month.

While, MP PSD has been contacted by Kosovo PSD, has declined to comment on whether to vote on the budget, or to make a quorum of voting, as Serb List deputies continue to boycott the work of sessions.
Nora Jusuf from the GAP Institute has said they have done a draft analysis for 2019, and according to her, the war category has more budgets than social categories. She has added that social categories would have to be focused on reducing poverty.
On the other hand if the budget is not voted, according to legal procedures in the Kosovo Assembly, by the end of this month, Kosovo could go into a budget crisis. Then, according to the timetable, according to the Law on Finance Management, budget expenditures should be realised in the first three months of next year in1/12 of this year's budget.
LDK MP Naser Osmani has said the situation will be presented for the use of the Public Finance Management Law, which allows for use of the preliminary budget law for the first two months of 2019.
Otherwise, the 2019 budget is meant to be 2.3 billion euros.
