Serbia's Defence Minister, Aleksandar Vulin, has today declared that the European Union in its relation to Kosovo has only “political budget” and only rewards for, according to him, “bad behaviour”.
He has also stressed that he is not surprised that Pristina rejects his suggestions. In a pronomation for “RTS”, Vulin has said the EU should take concrete measures towards Kosovo in relation to the 100 per cent tax imposed on Serbian goods, the news broadcasts.net.
As for the formation of the Kosovo Army, Volin has said it is KFOR's duty to prevent the organisation of any armed formation in that territory.
Voulin has added that Serbia's military is in constant communication with KFOR “even though many times I have remained disappointed”, with that mission.
