The violations I'm pressing with invitations to former KLA soldiers

The Specialised Prosecutor's Chambers operating under the Special Court for War Crimes allegedly carried out by former KLA superiors so far have submitted the first seven invitations to interview KLA members. Several former KLA participants have been interviewed in Kosovo, while others have been invited to go to The Hague in January.
Rrustem Mustafa, Sami Lushtaku, Sokol Dobruna, Nazif Mehmeti, Safet Syla, Remzi Shala and Sabahudin Cena are seven names that have so far been invited by the Special.
Some of these people, the invitations have been accepted over the phone, even through Viber and What's App, but this way of guests from the law connoisseur is considered a violation. The game is also considered a lack of information about what quality they are being invited for questioning.
The lawyer, Tome Gashi, has said of The KP, until some of the suspects are told what quality they are being invited to interview, is soon expected to become accused.
It's a violation, but it's even worse than that to make it difficult for them to collect evidence for their protection. If we are not aware of what quality we are cooling off as suspicious or as witnesses is a very big misunderstanding, leading to procrastinating procedures, but someone without his guilt can be severely damaged. Everything is in play, and very soon it is expected that a portion of those suspects will turn into charged”, Gashi said.
Lawyer Gashi admits to accepting several invitations, but that he did not reveal them to the parties, since they were primarily made through telephone connections, not in written form.
It's been about a week since I've been trying to contact me and I've been talking to them that means about the phone for certain people who have been notified in this office to protect them. They are not ordinary people in certain positions and I have not agreed that either to announce them until I have a written invitation, the invitation should be original, quality should be marked, in what qualities in the suspect, or the accused, or witnesses, and there is a possibility of the quality of the expert... I have asked that my support material be delivered along with the original invitation to my “clients, Gashi said.
Lawyer Gashi, who is also accredited by the Special Court, adds that this court panel voted in the Kosovo Assembly to anyone will have amnesty, regardless of the position he once held, or now.
According to him, all who are invited to be questioned have to appear, since otherwise a bad situation arises for the other people who will be invited for an interview.
But in terms of interviewing invitations to KLA members, KLA Deputy Chairman of OVL Nasim Haradinaj has considered that this court is ethnic and insults the Albanian people and the freedom struggle.
According to Haradinaj, such a trial against the former Kosovo fighters is being made only to reason on Serb crimes in Kosovo.
“We are for uncovering crimes if there are, but not a racial ethnic that only for Albanians, because it offends the people, that offends this state, that offends the independence that has been built, that offends the NATO member states themselves because they were Allied and co-war. So we wanted and didn't want whether this came out so just to demonstrate the KLA war, insult values and otherwise offending our state on the basis it was built”, added Haradinaj.
Haradinaj has blamed Kosovo's Parliament deputies for voting to establish this court, according to him they for their personal interests and voted the Special Court, so the former fighters are struggling to face this court without need.
Haradinaj has also said such a trial is being made only to justify the funds that have been taken for its foundation.
And when I said that I would fail and not be formed I did not fully believe in the will of the deputies by calculating that they are people, but what it looks like they mishandled the votes, used their positions and their couches simply all those who voted for their couchs, they let the NLA down, even though they always asked for a vote in the name of that war. That's why I think this is going to be a failure, these calls that have been received have been taken because money and resources that have been divided for rooms have to be known as this court's epilogue started in Belgrade, are being built in Belgrade, are coming from Belgrade, and suggestions are going to Belgrade... Internationals are interested in spending funds somehow because if there were evidence and evidence it wouldn't have gone so hard, and why we are known to arrest this day we are arresting years that day”, Haradinaj said.
On the other hand, Kosovo Institute for Justice Executive Director Ehat Miftaraj has said that the strategy the Specialised Prosecutor is violating human rights, as he says invitations should be sent through letter calls, and that they should show what quality they are being invited to.
According to him, the defense should be better prepared so that they can be equal to the prosecutor who is questioning them.
Miftaraj further added that any person invited for interview should appear, as they may face fine sentences or even arrest.
According to him, defence lawyers should seek clarification on the part of the Prosecutor's Office so that guests will be aware of the quality of the interview.
Whether the witnesses or the accused have a legal obligation now to respond to invitations, since if the reverse occurs there may be fine consequences to their arrest in some way to force them to send their testimony to The Hague. On the other hand is the job of defence lawyers in this case to ask for clarification from the Specialised Prosecutor's Office to protect their clients' rights so that all of these people when they go to The Hague will have it clear if they go as witnesses or defendants”, it added.
During this week by special prosecutors at EULEX offices in Pristina, he was interviewed for 18 hours by the former colonel. The NLA, Safet Syla, has been interviewed since Thursday, while former Military Court Chairman Sokol Dobruna is also being interviewed.
