The declaration has come a day after the America-backed whenever-Syrian forces took control of the town of Haxhini, considered bastion of jihadists in northern Syria.
Ryan has underlined, however, that fighting against I SIS in eastern Syria have not finished and that in villages around Haxhini, bordering Iraq, there are still hidden militants.
Whenever the Syrian forces present in the area carry out a week-long ground offensive supported by American aviation.
