This security measure comes after the rise of tensions between Ukraine and Russia, and Porosenko called this the Russian “the Washington World Order”.
Russia has kidnapped three Ukrainian ships and the 24-man crew. This incident occurred on the Black Sea on November 25th, causing a new crisis between the two countries.
Following Russia's move, Ukraine has declared a state of war in the country.
