Top Channel television has learned that Albania has made a decision to declare itself unwanted persons of the two diplomats of the Iranian Islamic Republic Embassy, who are suspected to be involved in activities that affect security in the country.

In response to Top Channel's interest, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs spokeswoman confirms this information.

According to MEPJ's spokeswoman, the <x0ved announcement of Iranian diplomats as unwanted has been taken into consultation with allied countries because of their activity in Albania contrary to their diplomatic status”.

Unofficial sources told Top Channel that this decision probably comes after a co-operation with partner services and Israeli ones to avoid an incident during the Shkodra match.

At the time, there was information that, Lavdrim Mujahari and several other terrorists would attack with Israeli national explosives. Over 20 people were arrested in Albania and Kosovo on this issue.

A few months ago, Albania declared the “grant” Russia's military attaché to our country, as well as the first secretary of the Russian Embassy. But this decision, as confirmed by the Foreign Ministry at the time, came after Russia's conflicts with Great Britain, following the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal. \tch
