The Constitutional Court in Pristina last month had set 30 days of detention against them, but the Court of Appeals, acting in accordance with defenders' complaints, has demanded that the Foundation reconsider the prosecution's request once again.

After last month's session, Special Prosecutor Silas Hoxha had declared that the prosecution has sufficient evidence to set the detention measure.

“I applied for the measure of detention against the three suspects. Keeping in mind that there is sufficient evidence for found doubt, I requested the detention measure”, Hoxha had declared, reports Kalloxo.com.

The November session was closed to the public.

BIRN monitors were not allowed to monitor the hearing for the investigation into the detention measure against suspects in Ivanovic's murder.

Last month, Kosovo Police in an action in northern Mitrovica had arrested three people under suspicion that they are involved in the murder of former Serbian politician in Kosovo, which had occurred in January this year.

For the murder of Oliver Ivanovic according to the Kosovo Police and Prosecutor's Office is also suspected of Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radojicic, who is on the run.
