The Constitutional Court in Pristina has decided to continue the detention measure against three suspects -- Nedeljko Spasovic, Marko Rosic and Dragisa Mirkoviq -- for another two months, KTV reports.
Just two days before the detention measures for those suspects expired, the court has taken into account special Prosecution's request for continued detention.
Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha, says that placing these suspects in freedom would largely hinder investigations in the case.
Although a series of witnesses have been interviewed and collected evidence, Hoxha says it is difficult to work on this case, as Serbia's state is not offering sufficient co-operation.
But, a month earlier, when the Constitutional Court in Pristina had appointed the detention measure, Appeals had asked for additional reasons from the Foundation for the detention decision.
The suspects' lawyers had accused the justice system in Kosovo, calling it a judicial disgrace.
According to prosecution claims, the three defendants are directly involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, functioning overall as a organised criminal group.
In November of this year, they were arrested during a police action in northern Mitrovica.
While the search continues to remain the deputy chairman of the Serbian List, Milan Radojicic.
