Judged by this, those who have launched this transition may not at all be relief acts at the moment of transforming the KSF into the true army, writes Koha Ditore.
The Assembly on Friday will vote three bills through which it advances civil status currently with the Security Force (FSK) into the military. The option of legal changes was put into effect, since the constitutional amendments internationals insist cannot pass to the Assembly without even the vote of Serbs.
