The majority vote coalition has voted the 44 amendments submitted by the functional Commission for this bill.
This bill defines the competencies, organisation and functioning of the KSF, as a multiethnic, professional, armed and authorised force to serve the country and abroad, in accordance with the given constitutional and legal mandate to protect the territorial integrity, citizens, property and interests of the Republic of Kosovo, and subject to civil democratic control.
A few moments ago, with 106 votes for and a Parliament abstention voted the defence ministry bill.
Soon the third Kosovo Security Force bill is put to the polls./ P ERISCOPIA
