Through the phone, Sokol Dobruna's lawyer, Ilir Hoxha, has said there is doubt that his client as head of the Military Court has been able to commit crimes in the 98-99 period that falls under special court jurisdiction.
Lawyer Hoxha for T7 has confirmed that Sokol Dobruna has been questioned about various cases the decision was issued by the KLA Military Court.
He has even said that Dobruna has been asked about the case of AAK MP Blerim Kuci, for whom Dobruna had issued an order for execution with the reason for desertion.
Specialised chamber investigators have asked Dobrun for many other names of Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, and among them, for recognising Dobruna with former KLA Political Directorate leader Hashim Thaci.
But lawyer Ilir Hoxha says they still don't have any information on whether to stand up for Sokol Dobrunas.
Meanwhile, Dobruna has not yet received an invitation to appear in The Hague
