This has been confirmed by the Serbian media, the Serbian Foreign Ministry, led by Ivica Dacic, writes Periscopi.
Two of the mission's offices have completely burned, the head of this mission, Milan Milan Milanovic, has confirmed.
The fire was reportedly accidentally caused, and firefighters have managed to extinguish it, although material consequences have been caused.
We've unfortunately followed, we're cleaning up the environment because the water has gone through the entire floor and we have no internet access yet”, he said.
The media in New York have written that as a result of this incident, three civilians and one firemen have been injured. /Periscopi/
