Trade and Tourism Minister Rasim Ljajic has said the time when Kosovo can lift taxes is 17 December.
He said in an interview for Serbian television '%Pink, that if this fee is not removed, the consequences could be long-term.
“The meeting of the Kosovo Commission for EU membership, scheduled for 17 December, is the possibility that the EU to do so makes Pristina clear the 100 per cent tax on goods imported by Serbia and Bosnia”, Ljajic has said.
He has added that the EU is the only one with mechanisms to pressure and suspend this tax.
“The EU is the only one with mechanisms not only to create pressure but also to threaten the suspension of the Stabilisation and Membership Agreement and other decisions”, the Serbian minister has been declared.
