First sentences to <x0) yellow”

Tens were presented today to French justice in an emergency procedure, after being arrested Saturday during the protest of the yellow “jelec in Paris.

As French media report, their first sentences were pronounced, most of which were sentenced to several months in prison, as well as fine sentences.

The detainees are mostly young people who are unemployed or low in income, and they have often been prosecuted as part of certain groups aimed at disrupting order.

France is facing massive protests, following the government's decision to raise the price of fuel.
