Following the depletion of the debate over Kosovo's draft budget for 2019 at the plenary session of the Parliament, the voting process has been thwarted due to lack of quorum, Koha Ditore broadcasts.
There are about 30 deputies in the hall. Consequently, the deputy head of the Parliament, Xhavit Haliti, has announced that the head of the Assembly in the next meeting will decide when to vote on the draft budget.
Meanwhile, the session is continuing with the review of other agenda points.
